Product description

Xanthan gum affects the texture and viscosity of the resulting cosmetic product. It binds water. It is also used as a stabilizer and moisturizing agent. It can be applied in shampoos, creams, body lotions, liquid soaps and shower gels.

Xanthan gum is soluble in cold or warm water. It is odourless.

Quality: food grade

Recommended dosage: 0,5%-2%

TIP: the thickening effect is also increased by adding up to 0.5% sodium chloride (salt)
