Spruce fir belongs to the Pinaceae family. Spruce fir essential oil (Tsuga Canadensis Leaf Oil) has long been used in folk remedies for respiratory problems such as rhinitis, coughs, congestion and for muscle aches. Aromatherapists have suggested that it may also be useful for conditions of anxiety and stress. If walking in the woods is your favorite activity, you're sure to enjoy the clean and fresh scent of spruce essential oil.
Spruce essential oil has a pleasant balsamic scent that is sweet with slightly fruity notes. It is classified as a middle note and blends well with earthy, herbal and woody scents.

WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL OILS?
Use essential oils for inhalation or in your beauty products, we do not recommend consuming any essential oils of any brands.
Essential oils or also essential oils are natural aromatic substances that come from different parts of plants - stems, roots, seeds, flowers, leaves, etc. They give plants their characteristic scent and also have protective effects. Their chemical composition is quite complicated. Essential oils are most often obtained from plants by distillation, extraction or pressing. Essential oils are highly concentrated and are applied directly to the skin only after dilution with carrier plant oils (almond, apricot, jojoba, etc.). The only exceptions are tea tree and lavender essential oils, which can be applied directly.
Use appropriate protective equipment when handling the oils.
Essential oils are fat soluble, so if you want to use them in products without oils and butters, use a solvent/solubilizer.
