Solagum TARA is a natural, high quality blend of non-ionic polysaccharides derived from the tara plant. This natural gum acts as an effective thickener and stabilizer in cosmetic product formulations for medium to thick formulations. It is suitable for a wide range of products such as skin creams, shampoos, gels or emulsions. It provides a soft, smooth texture and leaves the skin soft without a sticky feeling. Solagum TARA is ideal for products with a focus on natural cosmetics as it is eco-friendly and certified organic.

It provides instant hydration in water, making it an ideal product for cold process cosmetics.

It is 100% natural in origin (ISO 16128), eco-friendly, has no sticky feeling, improves the texture of cosmetic products and is compatible with different types of formulations.

SOLAGUM™ TARA is a high performance thickening polymer with the following properties:

• Excellent thickening ability: it produces aqueous gels that are up to 5 times more viscous than xanthan gum gels.
• No sticky effect.
