Product description

Solagum™ AX is obtained through an innovative and sustainable manufacturing process in which xanthan gum coats acacia gum. The ratio of this combination has been optimized to achieve an excellent balance between performance and final product texture.

Solagum™ AX is a natural polymer in powder form that has thickening and stabilizing properties and helps improve product texture. It dissolves quickly in water to form non-fibrous and non-sticky aqueous gels. It is versatile and can be used in skin care products as well as intimate and oral care products. It is also suitable for sensitive skin.

Solagum™ AX acts as a thickener and emulsifier to achieve viscosities up to 10,000 MPa.s.

Stable over a wide range of final product pH 3 - 12.

Recommended dosage: 0.1-3.0%

Dosages up to 0.5% are recommended for use in creams, up to 3% for shampoos and shower gels.

It is soluble in both cold and warm water.

Solagum™ AX is free from GMO modified substances, Ecocert, Cosmos and Natrue certified, suitable for halal, kosher and vegan formulations of cosmetic products.

It is easily biodegradable.

All raw materials supplied are cosmetic grade, not suitable for internal use.
