The green glass bottle with a glossy white-gold dispenser is an aesthetically appealing and functional packaging solution that is ideal for dispensing liquid products. The combination of high-quality glass and a dispensing head enables precise, hygienic and comfortable application in everyday use. Green glass provides suitable conditions for packaging more sensitive formulations that require a stable environment during storage.
Thanks to the stability of the glass and the practical dispenser, this bottle is suitable for packaging various cosmetic and auxiliary liquids that require protected packaging and uniform dosing. The packaging is designed to withstand regular handling, thereby contributing to a professional appearance as well as safe use of the product in home, artisan and semi-professional environments.
This product is a complete combination of a glass bottle with dispenser, ready for direct use without the need to purchase additional closures. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Based on this information, you can adapt the choice of packaging to the specific formulation, the product’s viscosity and the method of use. It is recommended to verify the suitability of the packaging also by means of a trial batch, especially in the case of active ingredients or atypical raw materials.
The bottle with dispenser is intended primarily for more fluid cosmetic products such as serums, light emulsions, fluids or thinner oil blends. For very thick formulations, we recommend first testing the dosing on a small trial batch to verify whether the product passes through the dispensing mechanism smoothly and without clogging.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing part must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol, which you can find on the pages /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ and /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. When reusing, also monitor the condition of the dispensing mechanism and replace it in case of visible wear.
We recommend checking compatibility using a small trial batch which you fill into the bottle and leave for a certain time under conditions similar to real use. Monitor changes in colour, fragrance, viscosity and also the condition of the surface of the glass and the dispenser. It is important to check sealing, smooth dosing and any formation of deposits or crystals at the dispensing opening. If no changes are observed, the packaging is generally suitable for your formulation.
Green glass with a glossy white-gold dispenser pairs well with minimalist labels as well as natural and premium graphics. When building a cohesive product line, you can combine bottles, jars and pots from the same material and colour line, while adapting the label design to a unified colour palette and typography. More pronounced metallic elements on the label or cap can visually echo the gold detail of the dispenser and create a consistent, professional look.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can conveniently sort products according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly find bottles, jars, pots or medicine bottles that meet the requirements of your formulation and brand design.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle should be emptied, freed from any residue and placed in the appropriate glass container in accordance with the locally applicable waste sorting rules. The dispensing part, which contains several materials, should be disposed of in mixed or sorted waste in line with the recommendations of your local authority. Before recycling, we recommend checking the parameter table for the product and following it so that recycling is as effective as possible.
