Neocare is a ????natural emulsifier???? which is derived from pure castor oil and glycerin (PALM FREE). It is exceptional because it moisturizes, protects and repairs your skin without the use of any active ingredients.

It creates a shiny and elegant emulsion - lightweight and so low viscosity that it is sprayable.

When you apply these emulsions, you immediately feel the protective and moisturizing effect - your skin looks instantly better.

the effect of the emulsions also lies in the fact that an emulsion with Neocare has oil as an external/external phase - it therefore does not evaporate, which ensures a successfulmore effective and longer lasting contact of the active ingredients present in your formulation. In contrast, in a standard O/W emulsion, the external phase is water, which evaporates, resulting in a shorter exposure of the active ingredients to your skin.
