Product description

ZENISOAPBASE soap mass is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a vegetable base and the resulting soap has excellent lathering power and, thanks to the high glycerine content, also moisturizes the skin perfectly.

Due to its higher viscosity, this soap base is suitable for the production of soaps containing solids, as they are evenly distributed in the soap (e.g. herbs). At the same time, its consistency makes it ideal for drawing patterns in soap. If you pour two masses with different colours into a container , they won't mix and you can easily make a pattern in them.

During prolonged standing, the volume of the soap castings is not lost (especially important when creating bouquets). The soap mass is free of animal fats and oils - 100% vegan.

When colouring the mass with ZENICOLOR dyes, it is better to mix 70% of transparent mass CLEAR and 30% of white mass WHITE to avoid excessive consumption of dyes.

Melting point: 65°C
Do not exceed 75°C when heating!

Working with soap mass is not difficult at all. Simply cut the required amount of soap mass into smaller parts and this will speed up the melting phase of the mass. Heat the mass slowly in a water bath or in the microwave. Caution, the mass must not boil, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of essential oil fragrance oil, liquid or powdered colouring and dried herbs to the melted mass to spice it up, for example.

Stir slowly so you don't get unnecessary air bubbles that create holes when it sets. Pour the soap mass into the prepared mould. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a couple of squirts of bubble remover - 99% Isopropanol - with a spray bottle . If you are pouring the soap in different layers, the individual layers should be sprayed with alcohol to increase adhesion. The final step is to let it set. Once the soap is out , you can use it right away, but we recommend letting it sit for about 2 weeks for better properties.
