ZENISOAPBASE soap mass is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a vegetable base and is free of animal fats and oils - 100% vegan. The resulting soap has excellent lathering power and, thanks to its high glycerin content, also moisturizes the skin perfectly. CLEAR soap mass has a very high level of transparency. If you pour the soap in different layers, the individual layers should be sprayed with alcohol to increase adhesion. The mass is fluid for quite a long time, so it can be worked with even on more complicated projects. There is no loss of volume during prolonged standing. Melting point: 65°C Do not exceed 75°C when heating! Working with soap mass is not difficult at all. Just cut the required amount of soap mass into smaller parts, this will speed up the melting phase of the mass. Heat the mass slowly in a water bath or in the microwave. Caution, the mass must not boil, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of essential or fragrance oil, liquid or powdered colouring and dried herbs to the melted mass to spice it up.Stir slowly so you don't get unnecessary air bubbles that create holes when it sets. Pour the soap mass into the prepared mould. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a few squirts of bubble remover with a spray bottle , this is 99% Isopropanol. We recommend IPA from our offer. The final step is to let it set. Once the soap is out you can use it right away, but we recommend letting the mass sit for about 2 weeks for better properties. For more information on the quality of the product, please refer to the attestation, which we update every time we make a new batch. All raw materials supplied are of cosmetic quality, not suitable for internal use.
