This preservative is extremely effective even at very low doses, which means that it only needs to be added at a concentration of 0.5% to 1.5% to achieve optimum protection. Euxyl K 712 contains no formaldehydes, halogens or parabens, making it a safe and modern choice for cosmetic product formulations. It meets formulation requirements that focus on user safety and skin friendliness.

The maximum heating temperature is 80°C for a maximum of 4 hours.
