Cinnamon essential oil in cosmetic grade is a blend of natural essential oil and synthetic perfume.

Cinnamon is considered one of the oldest and most valuable spices in the world. It was already used by the Egyptians in ancient times, when its value could even be compared to the value of gold. It even became the basis of traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. Cinnamon essential oil can be obtained in two ways: by steam distillation from the bark or from the leaves of the tree Cinnamomum zeylanicum.

In aromatherapy it reduces feelings of depression, faintness and exhaustion. It is also regarded as a natural aphrodisiac. When the fragrance is dispersed throughout the entire space, it refreshes and deodorises, acting through its characteristic warm scent, relaxing, soothing and uplifting the mood.
