Cinnamon is considered one of the oldest and most valuable spices in the world. It was already used by the Egyptians in ancient times, when its value could even be compared to that of gold. It has even become a staple of traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. Cinnamon essential oil can be obtained in two ways: steam distillation from the bark or from the leaves of the Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree. In aromatherapy, it relieves feelings of depression, fainting and exhaustion. It is also considered a natural aphrodisiac. When diffused throughout a room, the scent is refreshing and deodorising, with its characteristic warm aroma, relaxing, calming and uplifting. These calming effects promote a peaceful mind and the ability to concentrate.
Thanks to its anti-rheumatic properties, it helps aching joints and muscles. It boosts immunity, reduces cold and flu symptoms, improves blood circulation to help prevent headaches and also digestive problems. Its antibacterial properties make it ideal for treating acne, rashes and infections. Its antioxidant properties in turn help to slow down ageing. All ingredients supplied are cosmetic grade, not suitable for internal use. Please use appropriate protective equipment when handling.

WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL OILS?
Essential oils, or essential oils, are natural aromatic substances that come from different parts of plants - stems, roots, seeds, flowers, leaves, etc. They give plants their characteristic scent and also have medicinal and protective effects. They have a very positive effect on symptoms on a physical, emotional or mental level.
Their chemical composition is quite complicated. Essential oils are most often obtained from plants by distillation, extraction or pressing. Essential oils are highly concentrated and are applied directly to the skin only after dilution with carrier plant oils (almond, apricot, jojoba, etc.). The only exceptions are tea tree and lavender essential oils, which can be applied directly.
Use essential oils for inhalation or in your beauty products, we do not recommend consuming any essential oils of any brands.
Essential oils are fat soluble, so if you want to use them in products without oils and butters, use a solvent /solubilizer/.
HOW DO I USE ESSENTIAL OIL?
Cosmetic and soap making - the amount of essential oil needed depends on the specific recipe and the quantity being made. Inhalation, steaming - drip a few drops of essential oil into an aromatherapy bottle, diffuser, or container of hot water.Bath - mix drops of oil in a base oil /coconut, olive.../, in 1 dcl of milk or in a spoonful of honey, pour this mixture into the bath. The essential oils themselves are insoluble in water, the drops would float on the surface.Massage - add a few drops of essential oil to cold pressed vegetable oil (approx 50 ml) and mix well. Pleasant massage.Sauna - your choice of conifer, rosemary, eucalyptus, sage, mint or citrus scents. The amount of drops depends on the size of the sauna and your taste.
Essential oils are also popularly used in skin care, topical compresses, hair masks, oral care...
