Myrrh is a natural aromatic resin-like sap that comes from the thorny Commiphora myrrha tree, a relative of the frankincense tree. Native to Egypt, myrrh is still commonly used today in Africa and the Middle East. In the past, the scent of myrrh was used in funeral ceremonies and ceremonies with religious significance. In aromatherapy, it helps with respiratory problems , offering relief from colds, coughs, bronchitis and congestion (myrrh oil is a common ingredient in the treatment of asthma, colds, congestion of the lungs). Just inhaling the scent of myrrh has sedative effects, stabilizes emotions, reduces negative mood and promotes a sense of groundedness.Myrrh oil is used in cosmetics as a powerful antioxidant that maintains skin health, facilitates the fading of unwanted blemishes, relieves skin discomforts such as itching and symptoms of eczema and other other skin conditions. It also addresses scalp problems - it works on dry hair and skin to prevent dandruff, and it also strengthens the hair roots, so it's great for hair loss too . It is used in massages as an astringent that strengthens muscles, smooths skin, cleans pores by increasing sweat, and its anti-inflammatory properties prevent the accumulation of bodily toxins such as salt, excess water and harmful gases in the musculoskeletal system. All raw materials supplied are of cosmetic quality, not suitable for internal use. Please use appropriate protective equipment when handling.

WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL OILS?
Essential oils, or essential oils, are natural aromatic substances that come from different parts of plants - stems, roots, seeds, flowers, leaves, etc. They give plants their characteristic scent and also have medicinal and protective effects. They have a very positive effect on symptoms on a physical, emotional or mental level.
Their chemical composition is quite complicated. Essential oils are most often obtained from plants by distillation, extraction or pressing. Essential oils are highly concentrated and are applied directly to the skin only after dilution with carrier plant oils (almond, apricot, jojoba, etc.). The only exceptions are tea tree and lavender essential oils, which can be applied directly.
Use essential oils for inhalation or in your beauty products, we do not recommend consuming any essential oils of any brands.
Essential oils are fat soluble, so if you want to use them in products without oils and butters, use a solvent /solubilizer/.
HOW DO I USE ESSENTIAL OIL?
Cosmetic and soap making - the amount of essential oil needed depends on the specific recipe and the quantity being made. Inhalation, steaming - drip a few drops of essential oil into an aromatherapy bottle, diffuser, or container of hot water.Bath - mix drops of oil in a base oil /coconut, olive.../, in 1 dcl of milk or in a teaspoon of honey, pour this mixture into the bath. The essential oils themselves are insoluble in water, the drops would float on the surface.Massage - add a few drops of essential oil to cold pressed vegetable oil (approx 50 ml) and mix well. Pleasant massage.Sauna - choose from conifer, rosemary, eucalyptus, sage, mint or citrus scents. The amount of drops depends on the size of the sauna and your taste.
Essential oils are also popularly used in skin care, topical compresses, hair masks, oral care...
