Product description

Mandarin essential oil was produced by cold extraction of the peel from the ripe fruit of the mandarin Citrus Reticulata. Mandarin is native to Southeast Asia and from there it spread to subtropical regions around the world.

Thesweet refreshing scent is used in aromatherapy for its stimulating effects. It combines well with grapefruit, ylang-ylnag, lavender, sage and basically all oils with a citrus base.

You will appreciate it as a refresher in your home as well. In fact, it is often used in cleaning products, not only for its scent, but especially for its cleaning properties - it will help remove all the dirt from surfaces and still leave behind a pleasant scent. As it contains powerful antioxidants, it helps in boosting a healthy immune system.

All ingredients supplied are cosmetic grade, not suitable for internal use. Please use appropriate protective equipment when handling.

WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL OILS?

Essential oils, or essential oils, are natural aromatic substances that come from different parts of plants - stems, roots, seeds, flowers, leaves, etc. They give plants their characteristic scent and also have medicinal and protective effects. They have a very positive effect on symptoms on a physical, emotional or mental level.

Their chemical composition is quite complicated. Essential oils are most often obtained from plants by distillation, extraction or pressing. Essential oils are highly concentrated and are applied directly to the skin only after dilution with carrier plant oils (almond, apricot, jojoba, etc.). The only exceptions are tea tree and lavender essential oils, which can be applied directly.

Use essential oils for inhalation or in your beauty products, we do not recommend consuming any essential oils of any brands.

Essential oils are fat soluble, so if you want to use them in products without oils and butters, use a solvent /solubilizer/.

HOW DO I USE ESSENTIAL OIL?

Cosmetic and soap making - the amount of essential oil needed depends on the specific recipe and the quantity being made.
Inhalation, steaming - drip a few drops of essential oil into an aromatherapy bottle, diffuser, or container of hot water.
Bath - mix drops of oil in a base oil /coconut, olive.../, in 1 dcl of milk or in a spoonful of honey, pour this mixture into the bath. The essential oils themselves are insoluble in water, the drops would float on the surface.
Massage - add a few drops of essential oil to cold pressed vegetable oil (approx 50 ml) and mix well. Pleasant massage.
Sauna - your choice of conifer, rosemary, eucalyptus, sage, mint or citrus scents. The amount of drops depends on the size of the sauna and your taste.

Essential oils are also popularly used in skin care, topical compresses, hair masks, oral care...
