Product description

Dermofeel PGPR (PEG free) is an emulsifier, a surfactant that is made from glycerol and ricinoleic acid.

It is unique precisely because it allows substances in your product that would normally be incompatible (oil and water) to bind together, thus also aiding in better spreadability of the product. It is soluble in fats and oils and insoluble in water and ethanol.

It is very excellent in all water and oil based concepts where a protective film needs to be formed on the skin such as in sunscreens.

It is an excellent choice for facial products because:
- softens the skin
- improves skin viscosity
- has a soothing effect
- keeps skin healthy - provides natural protection, does not disrupt the skin film, does not clog pores
- has moisturising effects
- is non-irritating and does not cause allergic reactions

Application:
2-3% - lotions
3-5% - creams
5% - suncare products
10% - oil baths
