Elder flowers contain many valuable substances such as essential oils, mucilages, tannins, flavonoids, organic acids (malic, acetic, valeric) and vitamin C. They are widely used in the treatment of respiratory diseases, but they also have a cleansing effect on our organism.

Elderflower is used in cosmetics, especially for treating pimply skin, but also for soothing and strengthening baths.
You can also make a hydrolat from dried elderflower, which can be used in all types of creams and emulsions, especially for problematic skin.
