Shea butter, also known as Shea butter, is made using the traditional method from the seeds of the African butter tree. The nuts are mechanically crushed and roasted, then blended and pressed. The seeds of the shea tree are wild harvested and the butter does not undergo refining.
It contains vitamin A, which is a great wrinkle-fighting aid because it promotes collagen production. Vitamin E moisturizes the skin and serves as protection against sun exposure. Fatty acids (palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic and arachidic acids) make the skin smoother, more elastic and healthier. Cinnamic acid, which gives shea butter its anti-inflammatory properties, acts as an antioxidant, provides UV protection and contributes to cell regeneration.
Lavender essential oil stimulates, helps against insomnia, nervousness and counteracts stress. It is regenerative, antiseptic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, making it suitable for problematic and acne-prone skin. It helps to reduce sebum production, provides and maintains necessary hydration, has a cleansing and soothing effect, enriches the skin with minerals, mattifies it and smoothes fine lines.
Lemongrass essential oil is anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiseptic and antiviral. It helps with fungus and skin problems. It relieves cramps and has sedative effects. Soothes exhaustion and stress.
