Please note that this version of shea butter is unrefined, which means it has a very distinct natural scent. If you are not comfortable with the intensity of this scent, we recommend choosing the refined version. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints due to the scent of unrefined shea butter. If you plan to use the unrefined version in your formulations but are unsure how the scent will affect the final product, we recommend ordering a smaller amount to try first.
Shea butter, also known as shea butter, is made from the nuts of the African Shea tree. This unrefined butter is creamy yellow with a slightly nutty aroma. Its content of vitamins A, E, F and minerals make it the most popular ingredient in natural cosmetics. It prevents the signs of ageing and regenerates damaged skin. It improves blood circulation in the tissues and accelerates healing. Ideal for the treatment of skin allergies, eczema, cracked and thickened skin. Contains natural UV factor 6, so can be included in sunscreens. Increases the skin's defences. It protects against infections and external weather influences such as frost and wind. It helps to fight stretch marks.
Suitable for pregnant women and sensitive baby skin. Unrefined butter contains much more vitamins and valuable substances. Not suitable for people with nut allergies.
Butter can be used to make creams, soaps, body lotions, conditioners and balms. For more information about the quality of the product, please refer to the certificate, which we update every time we make a new batch. All raw materials supplied are of cosmetic quality, not suitable for internal use.
